In 2021, I completed and received the RENE certification: Real Estate Negotiation Expert. This skillset has proven to be indispensable time and again. Ever the student, I’ve completed over 30 other additional hours of continuing education and certification classes. I’ve also expanded my knowledge base to include Farm & Ranch, and 1031 exchanges.
