It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jennifer Gongaware on the sale of our Travis Heights house. My wife and I owned the house for over 21 years. Jennifer Gongaware was a tremendous help and patient support in selling our home, and finding a new one. My husband and I needed to downsize quickly as his health began to decline and could no longer manage the maintenance chores of homeownership. As his caregiver, my attention and energy was on him. Jennifer took care of all aspects of selling and buying a home, from repairs and staging of our former home, to inspections and negotiations of the new home, timing the move effectively for a smooth transition.
